On the 25th of September, the National President of Nigerian Scholars in Germany in the person of Mr. Emmanuel Fadipe had a scheduled meeting with Mercy Alexander who is a very popular Award-winning Presenter and celebrity on the ways through which the Association can have a collaborate with her organization in the nearest future and how the newly birthed Journalism section of the Association (The Synergy) can also have a possible collaboration with her online TV called D’Gallery Tv which is one of the leading online TVs in Nigerian with a lot of subscribers.

Miss Mercy Alexander commended the National Executives of the Association for all the good works done within the administration and further explained that this act is vital in securing the future of the Association in the journalism world and in ensuring that the Association is not left behind when Journalism becomes more invested in; in the nearest future. The popular celebrity and TV presenter who spoke on the objectives of NiSIG e.V and the selflessness of the Executives reaffirmed her stand that there are Nigerian leaders and empathetic Nigerians currently at their youthful stage in NiSIG e.V and if they do not relent in their pursuit for equity, humanity, progress inclined ideologies and academic distinctions, the future of the Nation is very bright.

The National President appreciated the efforts of Miss Mercy Alexander for her good heart of love and humanitarian personality extended to Nigerians in Nigeria especially during the COVID pandemic situation. She recognized the hardship a lot of Nigerians faced during the pandemic that gave the world no warning signal. Her team was involved in reaching out to over 100 vulnerable residents of Iju-Ishaga, Lagos, under the umbrella of her NGO, Alexander Mercy Foundation. She catered for both their financial needs as well as material needs.

The National President of NiSIG applauded this humanitarian act among many others.
She however assured the National President of her acceptance to be a Guest Speaker at the Annual National Summit scheduled to take place online on the 8th of October and 9th of October. The Annual National Summit for this year aims at having a wide coverage of Nigerian Attendees all over the world as this year’s edition caught the attention of varieties of celebrities, leaders, and professionals all around the world. The National President of Nigerian Scholars in Germany (NiSIG e.V) reaffirmed his stand that while Nigerian Scholars in Germany may be said to be the primary target for the summit there is no discrimination in the organization that stands for Nigerians in all areas of life and in this regard, he urged that Nigerians all over the world can seize the opportunity of it being a virtual summit to massively attend the National Summit which will address the issues facing Nigerians all over the world with a sole aim of correcting them for the peace and satisfaction of the current and future generations. He also called the National Summit, a well-structured event that can accommodate all individuals that are non-Nigerians (irrespective of their nationality )and meet them at their different points of need

Miss Mercy Alexander saluted the unwavering enthusiasm, passion, and unquenchable passion of the National President of NiSIG who she considered a shining light to the world. She applauded the selflessness which brought about greatness to the association and urged the incoming National President to inculcate this act of stewardship.
The National President who thanked her for her great remarks also attributed the success stories to a teamwork strategy and attributed the praises to his National Executives, Zonal Coordinators, and chapter Executives stating that NiSIG e.V is currently structured on the strata of these above-mentioned levels of administration.
